Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP Hires Former U.S. Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams

The law firm of Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP (“FSS”) announced today that former U.S. Attorney Jennifer Arbittier Williams will join the firm as Partner, effective September 6, 2022. Williams Brings Significant Experience in National and Cyber Security, Crisis Management and Litigation to Firm.

Ms. Williams had a distinguished 20-year career in public service at the Department of Justice, culminating in her most recent position as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She previously served as the First Assistant U.S. Attorney, overseeing the daily operations of the entire Office, as well as Chief of the National Security and Cybercrime Unit. In addition, Ms. Williams is credited with helping create and lead the Threat Intervention and Prevention (TIP) Network, a first-of-its-kind program that helps organizations assess and mitigate potential threats.

Ms. Williams earned her B.A. in American History from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Early in her career, she also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and to the Honorable Anita B. Brody at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Williams is a mother of four and remains involved in many activities in her community, including serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
